BIO & Personal Interests:
Judy was born in the Philippines, but grew up in Hawaii. Judy graduated from Waipahu HS Class of 1985. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Seattle University in Washington State, where Judy worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. Finally it became time to fulfill her parent's dream by joining the family Real Estate Business, which her father started over 40 years ago. From the very start as an Agent for the family Brokerage, it was Judy's focus to study and learn to become a successful Broker. Upon founding ILAR.HOMES LLC, Judy dedicated this Brokerage to her parents Cirilo & Monsueta Ilar to recognize and honor them for their hard work and for building a good & honorable name in the community. What her parents gave their children and grandchildren is a good name and an example of an ethic of hard, honest work. A Wise Teacher once said, "A good name is better than riches." This is one of many important values her parents instilled in them. Judy firmly believes that Integrity does Matter. Integrity guides her in every decision.
