Showings & Open House

Prepare your home: Clean, remove clutter or personal items.

Stay Flexible: With your showing time to accommodate potential Buyers.

Offers & Negotiations

Prioritize:

Best Price, Contingencies (Terms), Closing timeline, Financing

Open Escrow Account

This means we now have a Legal and binding Contract.

Contigencies (Terms)

Note: Not an all-inclusive list

Inspection - Buyers will inspect property (with/out) a pro inspector.

Inspection conclusion - Response & Negotiation to requests for repairs.

Lender Appraisal - Conducted by the Bank/Lender's professional appraiser.

Buyer Loan

Pre-Closing

Prepare for final Buyer walk-through.

Arrange utilities and internet to be turned off.

Closing

Sign closing documents - Bring you ID and documents required by Escrow.
